1) Click on the Edit tab for this page
2) Under the appropriate heading, add the laboratory or center name with 2 parentheses before and after this name, e.g.,

((Driving Sim Laboratory))

3) Save this page; a question mark will appear after your entry once you save
4) Click on the question mark; a new page with an Edit window will open
5) Apply the "Laboratories and centers template" at the top of the Edit window of this new page
6) Fill in the noted sections
